Title:   Epikranitis Fragment: Painted

Description:   Top, left end with anathyrosis, and front preserved; back, bottom and right side broken away. Crowning molding broken, but was clearly an ovolo.
Deep fascia with painted pattern: white lotus and encircled palmette on blue ground. Traces of red and green of lotus adhere to mortar against which this block lay in the wall: A 1711 (ΣΑ 2166).
