Three-fourths of rim and half of body restored; one handle and most of the other missing.

Scraped groove in resting surface; concave underside. High, thin stem. Pointed body with groove or offset at base and scraped groove below handle attachment. Above scraped groove, one pair of antithetical leaping dolphins (originally two pairs) over alternating hoops and trefoil sprouts on double ground line with row of dots between. No trace of white (pace Stella G. Miller [1974, p. 230]). Shiny black glaze.
