Head, wings, left forearm, spout, and chalice missing.

Frontal body of plump figure. Wings originally attached at shoulders.

Left arm raised, right arm bent across chest, grasping chlamys at neck. Chlamys runs diagonally across body from left shoulder to right hip; folds are picked out in white and orange. Spout placed below level of genitals, at point where left leg should be. Beginning of chalice preserved behind. Thick, shiny black glaze inside and outside.
