Parts of bottom, body, and neck restored; a few pieces missing.

Low foot with torus profile; flat resting surface; nearly flat underside. Slightly convex lower body, convex shoulder. Smooth transition to neck. Slightly concave neck, flaring slightly to torus rim. In red glaze: band on foot and rim; one broad band with two narrow ones above it at angle. Soft, somewhat coarse, reddish yellow fabric (5YR 7/6) with white inclusions and much fine mica; dull, micaceous, reddish yellow slip (7.5YR 8/6).
