Fragment of wall.

Nearly vertical wall curving in below. Bunch of three ivy leaves with two clusters of berries, with three more clusters of berries at left.

At right, incised design. Fine, micaceous, light red fabric (2.5YR 6/6); hard, shiny red glaze (10Y 5/6).

Cf. PF II, E 79, p. 99, pl. 34 for shape and decoration. For incision cf. ibid., E 99--E 103, p. 100, pl. 38; PF VII, nos. 109, 110, p. 192, pls. 19, 20; its use is thought to be indicative of a relatively early date within the series (before ca. 125?); see ibid., pp. 49--50.
