Imitation Blister-ware Aryballos.

Most of rim missing.

Slightly convex bottom, reserved. Squat body with greatest diameter just above foot. Body vertically combed. Low, thin neck; widely flaring rim. Handle oval in section, from shoulder to rim. Micaceous fabric, reddish yellow on bottom (7.5YR 6/6), yellowish red in break (5YR 5/6), with some large white inclusions; red glaze with black patches inside and out.

See 1749 for comparanda. Shape as 1131 but of different fabric; cf. also Kabirion III, no. 394, p. 138, pl. 17. Fabric seems to be neither Attic nor Corinthian.
