Fragment of lid with two ridges. Part of the glaze fired reddish brown on top side; greenish brown on underside. Max. dim. 0.051.

From center out: tongue pattern between two ridges; figured decoration (what remains shows the top of a filleted head to right and at the right the upper shaft and capital of a column; between the two an uncertain object: wing bow[?]). The figure may be Eros. White: fillet.

On underside, deeply incised before glazing, graffito(Fig. 40).
