Two non-joining fragments, each with part of downturned rim. Glazed on underside. Max. dim. a) 0.126, b) 0.058; est. diam. 0.20. Burn, Meidias Painter, p. 115, cat. no. MM 122.

Fragment a (illustrated): women (all of one, except for head, right shoulder, and right hand; right breast and hip of second) dressed in peploi and standing frontally, the first holding a long fringed sash in her outstretched right hand (now missing). She wears a bracelet on each wrist. At the far left are a rock and what appear to be the fingers of a hand resting on it (someone seated[?]). On rim, egg pattern with dots. Fragment b gives a little of the pattern. Dilute glaze: stripes on sash; rock. White: fringe.
