I, youth (head, start of shoulder) bending over to right. Before him are an aryballos and sponge (part of each). Reserved line for tondo border, uneven. Relief contour: part of profile.

For the aryballos and sponge, see once Lucerne Market by the Epidromos Painter (ARV2 118, 14); Rome, Museo Artistico Industriale by Onesimos (ARV2 329, 129; Addenda 217); Oxford 1911.621 by Apollodoros (Paralip. 333, 9 ter).

Perhaps in the manner of the Euergides Painter. Cf. thekomast in the tondo of Leipzig T.3361 (ARV2 97, 12; Addenda 171), the one on the inside of New York, M.M.A. 41.162.76 (ARV2 98, 16), or some of the figures on side B of Tampa, Fla., Museum of Art, ex Noble by the painter himself (Paralip. 330; Addenda 171).
