Four non-joining fragments, a of shoulder and wall, b and c of wall, d of lower wall and foot. Reddish wash on vertical of foot and underside. Max. dim. a) 0.054, b) 0.048, c) 0.049, d) 0.137; est. diam. of foot 0.125.
Fragment a (illustrated) shows the head of a man to right wearing a pilos. Above, tongue pattern on the shoulder at the junction with the neck. Fragment b (illustrated) preserves one leg of a klismos, a little of the seat, and a fold of drapery of someone seated to right. At the very bottom, a bit of the reserved line that borders the ornament below the figures. At the upper left, a bit of contour and reserve, uncertain what. Fragment c gives one lotus of the handle configuration, and fragment d preserves a little of the stopped-maeander pattern below the figures. Preliminary sketch. Relief contour.
