Description: | Low ring foot; shallow, concave lid with spike knob handle. Cup: on lower body, dots in parentheses separated by verticals; in handle zone, diagonal columns and a panel with some kind of hooked ornament (the rest of the zone is missing); on rim, running-dog pattern with dots between; inside all glazed except for two reserved bands on rim. Lid: row of dots on outer edge; then, bands and running-dog pattern with dots between; on handle, bands and a zone of latticed lozenges; unglazed underneath. Shiny red glaze. | |
