Description:   Inscribed stele with ornamental top of palmette and volutes.
Upper part of ornament mended from many fragments. Near the top, two double concentric discs with button in center (simplified rosettes). At the bottom a few centimeters of the front are chipped away for setting up.
All letters worn away.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found built as a cover slab into the Great Drain, east of the Metroon.
