Eight line of the inscription preserved; stoichedon.
Another fragment, T 354, joins below.
Broken away above below and at right; probably preserved very close to back surface. Along left edge of inscribed face, a sunken plane. On left side, anathyrosis, a broader band than at front.
Five lines of the inscription preserved, one to two letters in each; stoichedon.
Pentelic marble.
