In the top is part of a square cutting for the statue, and a round cutting for the weapon, perhaps, or a support. Probably the base for a statue of the general Thrasybulus, whose name can be restored at the top. Eight other names, listed by tribes, beneath. Archonship of Asteios. Ten lines of the inscription preserved. Pentelic marble. | |
