Description: | Inscribed fragment. Broken all round; below the inscribed surface, the start of a raised moulding. One line of the inscription, with seven letters, preserved Hymettian marble. Cf. I 3236 a and b, and I 2615+I 6376, probably from the same. ADDENDA A number of uniscribed fragments of this very distinctive marble which may belong noted in marble pile, just east of the site of the church of Christ (ca. T 18), in September 1965. Belongs with I 61b, I 2531, I 3236, I 4036. | |
