Description: | Inscribed fragment. Inscribed face, smooth top, rough picked right side and probably part of original smooth back preserved. Face badly worn by water or acid. Cracked at back. Probably a decree. Fair traces of letters at top seem to be part of a preamble. Clear letters at center may be a rider to the original decree. Letters at bottom are larger and more crowded; they are also less well cut. Traces of four or five lines of the inscription preserved. Pentelic marble. | |
