Description:   The blade, much rusted and encrusted, is complete, but in three pieces, from tip to small tongue at top to fit into handle. One projecting bronze stud for attachment preserved just below tongue.
Traces on rusted surface show that there once was a wooden scabbard.

Context:   Grave.
Geometric.
Handling:   Nestled in Ethafoam which is supported in a foam board box, low RH.
The adhesive used in construction of foam box was UHU Hart blue.
