Title:   Lamp Fragment with Central Cone

Description:   Mended from two pieces; a third does not join. Most of the right side of the body preserved, with the start of the handle at the back. Only the start of the rim preserved.
Flat raised base, pierced with a small cylindrical opening. The projection inside is thickened round the top. The rim does not project beyond the body.
The under side of the base, and the handle space, reserved, and rubbed with pink; the inside unglazed under the rim. Otherwise glazed all over, black, fired a greenish gray.
Type III (plain variety) of Corinth collection, type 19 variants of Agora collection.
