Description: | A deep double groove sets off rim from walls; another pair of grooves runs under the body separating nozzle from infundibulum. On each side, between the handle and the vertical grooves, a single horizontal line cuts the side-wall about half way down. Grooved circle on the bottom. The handle solid. Plain rim, with an impressed circle on each side of the handle, and curved ridges each side of the nozzle. Whirling rosette on discus. Slightly purplish glaze. Coarse brownish clay.
