Description: | Handle and small adjacent piece preserved. From a lamp with a very shallow body. Vertical handle pierced through, but with a bit of clay stilll remaining. Three grooves on front of handle, two on back. These grooves continue down to the reverse, spreading outward as they go, and having other grooves at sides and center. Brownish-black glaze. Buff clay. Type XXVIII (?) of Corinth collection. | |
