On rim, degenerate vine pattern, nearly effaced, ending in circles at wick hole.
On discus, rows of raised dots within circular groove.
Handle solid, double grooved, set off by groovings from body.
Nozzle, rounded; separated from body by transeverse double groove.
On bottom, double almond-shaped groove; surrounding palm branch (?) nearly effaced. Slightly bent in, as from accident before firing.
Unglazed.
Soft, red clay.
Type XXVIII of Corinth collection.
