Nodules on rim and body; grooves around plain discus; false volutes at base of nozzle above; ridges round its lower part. Triple-grooved pierced handle; dot rosette in concentric rings on bottom. At base of handle, an "X" between pairs of grooves.
Unglazed; blackened at nozzle.
Buff clay.
Type XXVII variant of Corinth collection.
Cf. L 4803 (Z 1799), almost identical.
Context:   Northwest corner of Middle Stoa. Burnt debris inside terrace retaining wall.
