Description:   Plain rim, with a groove round the outer edge and round the discus; interrupted at the nozzle by a band of small lengthwise grooves with a small roughly leaf-shaped depression on either side.
Discus small, plain concave, with central and three small holes.
On nozzle an impressed circle and a diagonal groove on either side form part of the pattern which extends from discus to filling hole.
Handle semi-pierced, double grooved above, single below.
On bottom, double concentric grooves, surrounding the letter "A".
Unglazed.
Light red clay.
Type XXVIII of Corinth collection.
Context:   By east-west wall; 0.40m. from its top.
