Description:   Rim, divided by groove into two plain bands, the inner one depressed; plain bands form panels at sides; at the nozzle the outer bands curve round the inner, to the edge of the discus. Between these bands, another, starting at the discus, divides on either side of the small round nozzle.
Handle pierced; double grooved above; plain below, with a small incised "X" at the base.
On bottom, deep irregular circular groove enclosing faint remains of signature: "EΠΑΓΑΘΟΥ".
Yellowish to pinkish-buff clay. Corinthian.
Type XXVII (or early XXVIII) of Corinth collection.
