Title:   Mold Fragment for Lamp with Graffito
Category:   Lamps
Description:   Mould for the bottom part of Attic Alpha Globule lamp. Nozzle, half of base and part of wall preserved. Very flaky at edges.
Base with letter A (partially preserved) inscribed between two circular grooves. Wall with regular punctures for the globules. Curved groove to define the nozzle. Exterior wall inscribed with large letters: OYO (?) and Γ Γ .
Orange clay, dark red slip on exterior.
Some earth removed from interior of lamp is kept with the object.

Context:   Room K, deposit in SW corner.
Handling:   In small plastic box in Ethafoam.
Should not be handled directly as two sides are friable. Should be kept in small box in Ethafoam.
