Description:   The top entirely missing. Mold made.
Double convex body, sharply angular.
The nozzle flat on top, is however, like those of lamps of types VI and VII of Corinth collection, though unusually long in proportion to the rest of the lamp.
No handle; on the left side a small pierced knob; at the broken edge, on the right side, part of a groove round the top of the lamp.
Raised base, rising beneath.
Very poor black glaze largely flaked off on the outside, originally covering inside and out including under side of base.
Pinkish clay.
Transitional between types VII and IX (clamshell variety) of Corinth collection, type 42B of Agora collection.
