Description:   With P 10656. Fragment of a stand, broken top and bottom. Panel framed by horizontal and vertical lines. Hanging palmette with alternating reserved and black leaves; below, the upper part of a cock to the right. Z's in the field.
Heavy buff clay, fine buff slip.
ADDENDA These two fragments are from the same stand, but not the same leg. Upper frag: head of cock to right. Lower frag: hind leg of quadruped(?) to right. I am not certain what the remaining bits of glaze represent [MEM 17.10.01].
