Description: | Depicts horse between sphinxes. Mended from many pieces. Most of one handle and three small pieces from bowl missing. The representation repeated, save that on one side there appears to be a rider which on the other clearly does not exist. Blob palmettes behind the sphinxes. Remains of accessory red carelessly applied. Flaring, slightly offset lip, reserved on top. Base like those on P 1140 and P 1141 but without the moulded band above; irregularly shaped. | |
