Title:   Amphora Fragment with Dipinto

Description:   Two joining fragments preserve the mouth, neck, one handle and part of the shoulder of an unglazed amphora. The other handle and the rest of the shoulder have been restored in plaster.
On one side of the neck a dipinto in dull reddish brown: Ο
Clay buff with lighter buff slip; considerable mica.
Notes:   Previously North Basement-Jar Fragments, Block I (Pre-Persian).
Context:   Rectangular rock cut shaft.
