Title:   Black Figure Cup

Description:   Mended from many pieces; another fragment gives part of the figured zone. Part of the foot and of one handle and nearly half the rim preserved. The figured zone shows alternate men and women dancers, facing in couples, the men right. Traces of white indicate the arms and one leg of the women (glaze-painted other leg), red for their hair and rolled up garments. Palmettes dotted with red beside the handles. An uneven reserved band below this zone. Underside of foot and inside of stem unglazed; also inside, a band at the lip and the center with circle and dot.
