Title:   Amphora with Paint Decoration

Description:   One handle and foot missing; hole in shoulder; surface badly worn. Shape, decoration and fabric as P 12930 (Ψ 432), but with the handles more rising and a few grooves around the shoulder.
ADDENDA P 12930: High flaring foot; egg-shaped body; very narrow mouth and neck; short rolled handles, from middle of neck to shoulder. On upper part of body, on either side, a pair of spirals in added color (now purplish).
Coarse red clay; lighter slip; red and much flaked.
Egyptian fabric [JWH].
