Description: | Wall fragment, fairly thin. The side has a sharp horizontal curve and begins to flare out near the top of the fragment. Kantharos(?). Eros, standing right, holding a lyre; his hair, bound by a broad fillet, hangs in long curling locks on back and shoulder. Heavy relief contour, except for top of wing and left shoulder; hair line reserved; brown for inner drawing on body and wing. Very good glaze. Good black inside. | |
