Description: | Piece from wall with maeander, broken by checkerboard, border below. Lower part of draped standing figure facing left towards a table or couch of which right leg and corner preserved. Behind figure, part of palmette. The figure wears thin chiton and bordered himation and carries a large lyre, held horizontally. Relief contours. Brown wash on sounding board of lyre; brown decoration on cushion of couch. Shiny black glaze inside. | |
