Title:   Black Figure Skyphos Fragment

Description:   Mended from two pieces. Base chipped. Underside reserved, slightly rising, with small hollow at center. Top of base glazed. Glaze bands around lower part of cup. Above, on one side, lower part of draped figure (blob of thick buff paint on skirt) between palmettes; on the other, vestiges of the same composition.
Inside, glaze fired mostly red.
Context:   Rectangular rockcut shaft.
