Title:   Pithos Fragment with Incised Decoration

Description:   Fragment from wall of large pithos, broken all around. On exterior is a slightly raised band with rather coarse incised decoration: a zigzag between horizontal lines.
Clay rather coarse, dark buff on outer surface, elsewhere reddish-brown. No glaze.
Notes:   to 3.30 and 4.30m.
Context:   Well.
