Description: | Much of lip missing; hole chipped through bottom. Plump rounded body on flat base slightly flaring. Wide neck, forming continuous curve with shoulder, broad open mouth; lip flares slightly but is turned up vertically at edge. Handles from base of lip to well down on shoulder. Pinkish-buff micaceous clay with slip of same. Two bands of glaze paint, varying from black to red, around body; upper half of interior also glazed. Cf. Agora XXXIII, no. 125. | |
