Title:   Black Figure Lekythos

Description:   Mended from many pieces; handle, and fragments of wall and shoulder, missing. Restored in plaster. Shoulder lekythos with spreading foot and flaring lip; shape and decoration much as P 15439 (ΝΝ 1243). Top of foot, lower body, lip and uppper part of neck, and handle glazed. Broad band at junction of shoulder and wall. On shoulder, palmette between leaves; on body, three draped standing figures. Uncertain traces of added red; red(?) band around neck at handle attachment.
