Description:   Numerous pieces of body of closed pot preserved. No trace of rim, base or handles. Floral designs painted in dull black and white on an orange ground.
Pale pinkish buff clay with particles.
ADDENDA G.R.E. compares pottery from a Romano-Nubian site (Karanog) excavated and published by Univ. Museum. Confirmed; ware identical with Karanog pieces in Cambridge J.W.H.
