Description:   Most of trefoil mouth and small fragments of body restored; broken and mended in antiquity; two clamp or string holes preserved in neck, just below rim. Ring foot, too low for convex bottom, which makes pot sit unevenly; ovoid body; straight neck; band handle.
Foot glazed; two bands around lower body; a wide and two narrow bands at point of greatest circumference. On shoulder at front, two sets of compass-drawn concentric circles, solid at the middle; tails hanging from band around base of neck to each side. The mouth was glazed. St. Andrew's cross on handle; glazed ring around its lower attachment. Inner edge of mouth glazed.
Buff to grayish clay. Dull black glaze, much peeled.
Conservation Status:   Finished
Context:   Protogeometric well below west part of Odeion Cavea.
