Description: | Broken above and below. A fluted stand, flaring towards the bottom, supports a disk with moulded edges. On the top of the disk a little of the vertical pot wall is preserved. The downturned edge of the disk is decorated with cable pattern above and ovolo below. Stubs of two small horizontal handles preserved under this edge. Pinkish-buff clay; considerable traces of white and a few smears of glaze. | |
