Title:   Guttus with Molded Decoration

Description:   Much of the rim missing, and the tip of the spout. Squat jug on high profiled ring foot. Conical neck-mouth flaring to an out-turned rim grooved around the inner edge. Strainer at base of neck. Spout on one side of body. Small vertical band handle, from well down on neck, at right angles to spout. The body dented when the spout was attached. Upper body made in a Megarian bowl mould, and inverted, the mold covered with small imbricated leaves; very much worn.
Pale pinkish-buff clay; dull black glaze, almost all peeled.
