Description:   Deep cup on flaring ring foot; part of body and foot preserved, and a lower handle attachment; rim missing. A groove below the handle, with remains of added white vine-scroll below.
White for stippling below handle and for letters in handle zone. <graphic>
Coarse buff clay covered with poor black glaze, much worn.
ADDENDA Could be (if one-handled) ΠΙΕ - [ΖΗCΑΙC] (JWH).
Context:   Clearing late Roman fill at edges of N-S street.
