Description:   Part of rim, one handle, and most of wall profile preserved; mended from nine fragments; three small pieces do not join. Thin walls; slightly flaring lip, relatively deep rounded bowl; horizontal loop handle, flaring. Glazed inside, reserved band at top inside lip. Outside lip, medium band; below, thin band and zigzag. Handle zone: compass-drawn series of four concentric circles, maltese cross inside. Below, four narrow bands, then solid glaze. A band on the handle, and a tail to either side.
Yellow-buff clay, black glaze. Discoloration from burning.
