Title:   Bowl Fragment: West Slope

Description:   Four joining fragments preserve most of profile, except center of floor. Open bowl with flaring sides and plain rim; outside, grooved near bottom. Decoration inside: upper zone, ivy garland; below, large branches; at center below, star or rosette, the zones separated by scraped grooves.
Firm black glaze; the decoration in white and added clay also well preserved.
Context:   N.W. corner of Middle Stoa. Burnt debris inside terrace retaining wall.
