Description: | Lidless lekanis. Three joining fragments give part of rim and much of profile of body. On body, part of a double lotus with a siren facing it. Guilloche below rim. Below, tooth pattern and start of rays above foot. Rays on the top of the rim and dots(?) on its vertical face. Red on siren's wing, some petals of lotus, and part of guilloche. Firm brownish glaze inside. | |
