Title:   Moldmade Bowl Fragment with Maker's Stamp

Description:   The fragments make up into two groups which preserve some two-thirds of bowl; bottom medallion missing; trace of large leaves which surround it.
On wall, broad figured zone, with recurring groups: krater with mask above it flanked by Erotes riding panthers. Signature in narrow panel near top of zone: <graphic>. Above, guilloche. Plain rim.
Pale buff clay. Glaze almost entirely gone.

Context:   Terace opposite Stoa of Attalos, pier 15. Footing trench for Stoa colonnade.
