Description: | Part of rim, body and root of one handle preserved. Overhanging rim. Rim glazed. Palmettes and rosettes, band of "running dog" pattern below it on body. Reserved band in handle space. Light brown, whitish clay. Dull glaze fired light brown inside. ADDENDA: could very well be of Euboean origin; fabric (glaze and red ochre as well as some of the deco) are also known in Euboea, see URE 1962 (C. Gamma, 12.04.2018). | |
