ΤΙΤΛΟΣ:   Χιακή κύλικα – κάλυξ 625 – 600 π.X.

Description:   Section of rim, body, and one handle, preserved; mended from many pieces; foot and one handle missing; restored in plaster. High flaring rim, set on pointed bowl; rim drawn in where it meets sides; rolled handles turning up slightly, set on this shoulder.
Covered with white slip inside and out. Inside has dull black glaze over the white. On outside, two narrow horizontal lines bound handle zone, and in zone groups of verticals at intervals. Handles also covered with black glaze.
Pinkish-white thin fabric. Slip applied unevenly. Dull black glaze.
ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:   Χιακή κύλιξ. Αποτελείται από αρκετά συνενούμενα τμήματα. Λείπουν η βάση και η μία λαβή. Αποκατεστημένη με γύψο.
