Title:   Kantharos Fragment: West Slope

Description:   Fragment preserving about half of rim, part of shoulder, one handle and part of the other. Partly restored in plaster. Wide mouth; handle-ridge below rim; broad band handles with wide thumb rests above, spurs below.
West Slope decoration: on the thumb rests, stars; on the shoulder, diminishing rectangles; around neck, dots; on neck, two scraped grooves washed with pink.
Firm glaze.
