Description: | Preserved, mended from numerous pieces, is about two-thirds of body and one-half of neck. Handle missing, but joint at shoulder preserved. Restored in plaster except for handle. Well-rounded body; high cylindrical neck with rolled lip. Originally had broad strap handle. Around neck a raised ridge at level of handle attachment. Reddish-buff clay containing grit and white particles. Cf. Agora XXXIII, no. 13. | |
